TELUS International Ireland is a leading Irish-based provider of digitally-enabled customer experience (CX) and business process solutions for global and disruptive brands, and is a key location in the TELUS International family. It has two CX and IT delivery centres strategically located in Dublin and Cork as well as a site in Ballina, Mayo providing AI data solutions to support many of the world’s top brands.

Our team member’s wellbeing is very important to us. Team members can enjoy a serenity room, an onsite gym and an onsite restaurant (Cork only). We offer pension schemes and private health care packages to our team members from 6 months onwards. As well as our Wellness team, we also have a unique team member driven Mental Health First Aid team and a dedicated Occupational Health Advisor.

This includes inclusive, high-impact volunteer days like TELUS Days of Giving. This year, team members installed raised beds; created vegetable drills; planted fruit trees and other plants; painted gates; weeded; installed a small pond to help with biodiversity; and assembled and painted picnic benches to establish Mahon’s first community garden with Green Spaces for Health as part of our yearly TELUS Days of Giving volunteer event.
