Job Title: Digital Sales Support Executive
Location: Dublin, Ireland (with flexibility for remote work)
Reports To: Digital Sales Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time, 2 Year Fixed Term Contract

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Online Property Listings
- Regularly update the MyHome.ie website with new property listings on behalf of clients and estate agents, ensuring all property information is accurate, visually engaging, and consistent with brand standards.
- Maintain digital listings by processing updates, price changes, and additional property details as required.
- Client Interaction
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, responding to incoming calls and handling basic queries regarding property listings and account details.
- Efficiently direct messages to the appropriate Account Manager or relevant team member, providing a high level of customer service and professional communication.
- Support for Account Managers
- Assist Account Managers in the onboarding process for new clients by setting up accounts, updating details, and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Offer day-to-day support with tasks related to account management, including maintaining client records and supporting sales efforts.
- Reporting and Analytics
- Generate, analyse, and distribute monthly digital reports on market share, website traffic, and other relevant metrics.
- Leverage data insights to help the sales team refine strategies, enhance our competitive edge, and provide clients with valuable performance data.
- Digital Marketing and Campaign Assistance
- Collaborate with the marketing team to set up and execute digital campaigns, contributing to MyHome.ie’s online presence and brand awareness.
- Distribute marketing materials, including digital packs, to real estate agents and other stakeholders to support marketing initiatives.
- Assist in coordinating online events and webinars, from planning to execution, to increase engagement and client satisfaction.
- Administrative Support
- Manage the documentation process for digital banner ad campaigns, ensuring accurate tracking and recording for invoicing and performance analysis.
- Create digital sales proposals, PowerPoint presentations, and other materials to support the sales team in achieving targets.
- Handle monthly invoicing, manage payment records, and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection.
