Head Chef

Require a head chef, minimum 5 years’ experience in preparing & cooking International/Contemporary cuisine. To create new and exciting dishes on a regular basis. To organise other kitchen staff and observe that dishes prepared by other chefs are of the highest standard and quality.  Location: The Merrion Tree, 31 the Rise, Mount Merrion Dublin A94 E0C1.
