·      Represent TII in domestic and international fora, driving innovation and sustainability in road and rail transport.

·      Develop and sustain collaborative relationships with the Minister for Transport, government bodies, and local authorities.

·      Champion digital transformation, low-carbon approaches, and a high-performance organisational culture.

·      Solid understanding of commercial drivers, preferably gained working with successful enterprises.

·      The ability to establish institutional contractual frameworks and relationships that facilitate the management of large scale and complex operations and contracts.
