Role: CustomerServiceAdministrator

Reports to: Operations Manager

Duration: Permanent (Full-Time)

Location: Limerick

Candidate : An Order Entry Specialist responsible for taking in and tracking orders from the business's customers.

  • Responsibility for managing all customers on a daily basis.
  • They are the key link in communication with our customers for order/inventory questions.
  • The individual works closely with our shipping department to ensure that every order is processed and delivered on time.
  • A strong business acumen, basic accounting skills and the ability to reason through ever changing scenarios are necessities for this position.
  • Taking the initiative, strong math skills, and the ability to anticipate problems before they happen are also essential for success in this position.
  • The candidate must work well with a team of people who are committed to continuing the company's high growth rate
  • Ability to deal with a large number of queries and orders by telephone and email.
  • Excellent communication skills, organised and task driven.
  • A high level of flexibility with the enthusiasm and openness to work effectively in an ever-changing environment.
  • Processing orders and quotations accurately with excellent attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ recent experience in a similar environment
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Excellent IT skills , Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (MS Excel & Word) and order processing experience desirable
  • Some experience of digital marketing would be a distinct advantage
  • Experience of operating in a high-volume administration environment
  • Strong organisational awareness and commercial focus
  • Available to start immediately
