Cpl are delighted to be recruiting for a Transformation, HR and Change manager to become part of the wider management consultancy unit within the organisation. This role will encompass a HR advisory aspect along with providing HR strategic service in a client facing role.

Role responsibilities:

  • Providing clients with effective and commercial advice on ER, Employment law, HR policies & procedures and performance management
  • Support new clients with advice on employment contracts, policies and procedures during phases of growth and development
  • Produce reports on research and data finds on transformation and change projects
  • Create recommendations for comps and bens, performance management and talent related areas
  • Develop recruitment solutions and learning and development programmes for clients
  • Overseeing the delivery of risk advisory projects
  • Assist in investigations and mediation processes
  • Commercial drive to gain new business and deliver at client meetings
  • Assisting in the development and training
  • Weekly travel to clients
Essential Qualifications:

  • 5 years HR experience in both HR and consulting
  • Third level qualification and CIPD member
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communicator both internally and with clients
  • Experience in report writing and research methodologies.
