Our Client are seeking to hire a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support for our products and to maintain the high-level of customer satisfaction expected for our award winning virtual appliance gateways SpamTitan, ArcTitan and WebTitan.

The successful candidate will:
-Be fanatical about providing excellent customer support
-Have a good understanding of TCP/IP and protocols, specifically SMTP, DNS and HTTP/S
-Be able to conduct research into technical issues and other products
-Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
-Be able to document procedures and processes to create knowledge-base articles
-Be able to relocate or commute to Galway
-Knowledge of the following will be a distinct advantage, but are not required:
-Virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, Xen, etc)
-Cloud computing (AWS)
-Linux/UNIX operating systems (Ubuntu/FreeBSD)
-Cisco IOS (WCCP)
