WATER QUALITY GROUP Danaher`s Water Quality Business is a global leader in water quality analysis and treatment, providing instrumentation and disinfection systems to help analyze and manage the quality of ultra-pure water, portable water, wastewater, groundwater and ocean water in residential, commercial, industrial, and natural resource applications. Our water quality business provides products under a variety of brands, including HACH, ChemTreat, and Trojan Technologies.


POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for manufacturing quality product according to the work order or other build signal while adhering to defined work instructions. General duties may include picking, assembling, and packaging. Machine set-up and equipment operation may be required.Working hours:

Days: Mon-Thu 7:00-15:30, Fri 7:00-14:30

Evenings: Mon-Thu 15:30-00:00, Fri 14:30-22:00


  • Mechanically and electrically assemble sub-assemblies and their sub components in accordance with specifications and procedures.
  • Adhering to the defined work instructions and quality requirements.
  • Meet productivity standards.
  • Comply with company safety policies including safe operation of equipment, PPE usage, hand tool safety, lock-out-tag-out, and proper storage of tools, etc. Comply with good housekeeping policies.
  • Maintain equipment according to work instructions or preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Accurately perform required computer data entry and work order transactions.
  • Report equipment malfunctions to production supervisor as per specified process.
  • Gather materials as per picking list.
  • Participate in team meetings.
  • Perform cycle counting and other inventory tasks, including material handling.
  • May be required to cross-train on other equipment or other areas as needed.
  • Work with manager to suggest and initiate changes to process, machines, or procedures that improve safety, quality, delivery, or productivity
Other Non-Essential Functions

  • Interface with other departments as needed.
  • Perform other duties throughout the facility as assigned.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a production environment.
  • Technical Qualification an advantage.

  • Possess manual dexterity and good coordination.
  • Possess proven mechanical ability or aptitude.
  • Soldering skills would be advantage.
  • Ability to read basic electrical drawings.
  • Possess ability to resolve minor problems, recognize normal and unusual situations.
  • Some areas will require the ability to work with manual and/or power equipment.
  • Must have good oral and written communication skills.


  • Possess working knowledge of manufacturing processes helpful.
  • Working knowledge of mechanic systems and troubleshooting mechanical problems an advantage.
