The HR Manager will report directly to the Senior Director HR, EME and will be an integral member of the sites leadership team. As a member of the Human Resources organisation, you will contribute a high level of human resource generalist knowledge and expertise for more than one site. You will be accountable for talent acquisition, succession/workforce planning, performance management and development of employees, using technology efficiently, and coaching/developing others to help influence and execute brand/business service strategy/initiatives and business objectives in the most efficient manner.
