Sous Chef required for busy 3* Hotel in West Cork. Ideal candidate is a current Sous Chef with 2/3 years 3/4* experience in a similar role. You will be proven at leading, developing and managing the team, will be results focused and will need to be efficient and organised. The Hotel enjoys a busy Bar and Restaurant food trade for Residents and visitors, it is a popular Wedding and Events venue and prides itself on delivering consistancy and excellent standards of food, service and attention to detail. You will be managing the kitchen operation on a day to day basis and work with Head Chef on menus, ordering, training the team and general Management responsibilities.
