At Sanderson we have a permanent opportunity for a Team Lead to grow our Sales & Marketing recruitment team. If you have 3 years recruitment experience and are looking for a leadership position - this may be right up your street!

We are looking for an ambitious, tenacious and resilient leader with excellent people skills.

At Sanderson you will be fully supported in growing your recruitment team / division.

Does this sound like you?
* Relationship manager with business development skills.
* Thrives on meeting with clients and candidates, researching the market, identifying in-demand talent, training your team to source "in-demand" candidates.
* Capable of working to achieve individual and team targets.
* Undergraduate degree or significant recruitment industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:
* Build lasting client and senior candidate relationships
* Business development to grow your team / division
* Achieving team revenue targets
* Training team members to screen, interview and qualify candidates
* Guide and coach candidates in preparation for interviews
