We require an enthusiastic Chef to join our Kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate!

Reporting to the Head Chef, the successful candidate will be responsible for their section and ensure that the highest standards are maintained.

The successful candidate should be creative, passionate, enthusiastic and willing to learn new skills.

The ability to cope well under pressure, demonstrate a passion for quality and good communication and organisational skills are very important.



The successful candidate must have the following:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in similar role
  • Strong experience in a fast-paced environment
  • HACCP training and food hygiene standards
  • Full rights to work in Ireland along with Fluent English
Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring consistency in great food production, in line with the expectations and standards of the restaurant
  • To ensure that the working area is clean and tidy at all times and maintained as per cleaning schedule.
  • To ensure that over and under preparation of food quantity is kept to the minimum.
  • To be responsible for the day-to-day running of your assigned section.
  • To be capable of working with minimum of supervision and to be able to use one’s own initiative.
